DIVK12 "in presence" participants:

Fees include:

• Lunch and coffee breaks;

• Social dinner;

• The participation in presence to all the sessions;

• e-version of of Book of abstracts;

• The publication of 1 paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity (every additional paper is +40 EUR);

• No limitation regarding submitted abstracts.

DIVK12 "on-line" participants:

Fees include:

• The remote participation to all on-line sessions;

• e-version of of Book of abstracts;

• The publication of 1 paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity (every additional paper is +40 EUR);

• No limitation regarding submitted abstracts.

Note: Each fee (and registration) covers maximum 2 (two) papers presentation.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to 30.09.2024, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75.

On-site cash payment will be possible as well, but inform us as well on conference@divk.org.rs.

Payment by credit card is available as well through our travel management agency service (www.kongresniturizam.com).

Note: Additional cost for this service are is 20% VAT on the registration rate  + 10% agency fee + 20% VAT +  3% fee for payment by credit card on the total amount.
